  • Orders are processed Monday through Saturday (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • During festive seasons, sales, or high order volumes, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all locations across India. International shipping may be available for selected destinations.

Estimated Delivery Time

Within India

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 Business Days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 Business Days
  • Remote Locations: 5–10 Business Days

International Orders

  • Estimated delivery time: 7–21 Business Days, depending on customs clearance and local courier services.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated automatically during checkout based on the delivery location and order value.
  • Free shipping offers may be available on selected products or promotional campaigns.

Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking number.

You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment through the courier partner's tracking system.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occur due to:

Teezyy is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

Our support team will work with the courier partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Customs Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local government charges.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping charges.
